When your account manager leaves, the client stays.
Company Brain connects the Slack, Drive, Gmail and Asana you already run — read‑only — into one brain your whole team can just ask. No migration. No new logins. Nobody writes a single doc.
7-day pilot · one client account · answers 8 of your 10 questions or you don't pay
Agencies don't lose clients because the work got worse. They lose them because the context went missing.
Three expensive events, every one of them a knowledge problem wearing a people problem's clothes.
Replacing them costs half to twice their salary — and most of that is the client context that walked out with them. The client feels the drop long before anyone admits it.
Nothing is written down, so the new AM shadows a senior for a month. You pay twice: once for the person who isn't productive, once for the one babysitting them.
"What's their brand voice?" "Why did we kill that campaign?" "Who signed this off?" Answered in a Slack thread, then lost in the same Slack thread.
We don't add a tool. We wire up the ones you already resent maintaining.
Your whole side of the job is granting read-only access and showing up to two 30-minute calls.
Read-only, in an afternoon
You grant read access to one client's Slack channels, Drive folders, inbox and project board. We do the wiring. Nothing is moved, copied out, or reorganised.
We turn the mess into memory
Threads, briefs, decks, approvals and campaign post-mortems become one queryable brain for that account — and it keeps ingesting, so it doesn't rot like a Notion page.
In Slack, where they already are
Anyone on the team asks in plain English and gets an answer with its sources attached. No new login. No training beyond a 30-minute handoff.
The questions your team stops being able to answer the day someone leaves.
Every answer comes back with its receipts — the thread, the file, the email it came from. If your team can't verify it, they won't trust it, and then they won't use it.
What's this client's brand voice, and what are we never allowed to say?
Pulled from the guidelines doc and the Slack thread where the rule actually changed.

Why did we kill that campaign, and who made the call?
The reasoning, the numbers behind it, the person, the date. Not a guess from whoever's still here.
Found in · Slack · Drive
What did we promise in the last QBR, and what's still open?
Commitments matched against what actually shipped — including the ones whose owner has since left.
Found in · Drive · Gmail · Asana
Who approved this, and what did they ask us to change?
The approval, the version it applies to, and the one note buried in the reply nobody re-read.
Found in · Gmail · Drive
Have we pitched this client something like this before?
Past proposals, what was priced, what they said no to and why. Stops you re-pitching a dead idea.

Everything a new AM needs on this account, in one answer.
Contacts, history, landmines, preferences, open threads. The handover doc nobody had time to write.

One account. Seven days. Then your team tries to break it.
We start with a single client account, because that's what can be proven inside a week — and because you shouldn't have to believe us.
Connect
30-minute kickoff. Read-only access granted to one account's Slack, Drive, inbox and board.
Ingest
Threads, briefs, decks, approvals and reports are read, structured and indexed. You do nothing.
Build & test
The brain goes live in your Slack. We stress-test it against real account history and fix the gaps.
Your 10 questions
Your team writes ten real questions about this client. We don't see them beforehand.
Handoff
Live test, 30-minute team training, and the "Top 15 questions it now answers" doc.
Ten real questions on handoff day. Eight right, or you don't pay.
Your team writes the questions, about your client, from your own history — and we don't see them first. If the brain can't answer at least eight correctly, the sprint is free and you keep the Context Risk Report anyway.
Your agency is built on people who, statistically, are already leaving.

Start with one account and a guarantee. Expand only if it earns it.
No list price, because no two agencies are the same mess. What you pay depends on how many accounts you run, how many sources they're spread across, and how much history there is to read. We scope it on the call and you get one fixed number in writing before anything is connected.

Not ready for a sprint? The 30-Minute Client Context Audit maps where your knowledge is scattered and which accounts are most exposed — the fee credits against a sprint. Already running well? Some agencies resell Company Brains to their own clients as a new retainer line, built and maintained by us, branded as yours. Ask about either on the call.
The objections, answered before you have to raise them.
Is this another tool my team has to adopt?
No. It lives in the Slack or Teams workspace they're already in all day. There's no new login, no new interface to learn, and nothing to migrate. If your team can type a question into a channel, they can use it.
What access do you actually need?
Read-only access to the sources you choose, scoped per client account. We don't write to your tools, we don't move your files, and we don't reorganise anything. You pick which channels and folders are in scope, and you can revoke access at any time.
Our client work is under NDA. How is that handled?
Access is controlled per account, so people only get answers from the clients they work on. We'll sign your NDA before connecting anything, and the pilot runs on a single account so you can review exactly how it behaves before it touches the rest.
Our Slack and Drive are a genuine mess. Will it still work?
That's the normal starting condition — a tidy agency wouldn't need this. The brain reads what's there as it is, including half-finished threads and badly named files. Messy beats missing; if the information exists anywhere, it becomes findable.
Does someone on our side have to write documentation?
No one on your team writes a single doc. That's the whole point — documentation projects fail at agencies because the people who have the context are the busiest people in the building. This works on the trail they've already left behind.
How do we know the answers are right?
Every answer carries its sources — the thread, file or email it came from — so anyone can check it in one click. And on day 7 your team scores it live against ten questions you wrote. Eight correct or the sprint is free.
Why isn't there a price on this page?
Because the honest answer is "it depends", and a made-up list price would just be wrong for most agencies. What you pay tracks how many accounts you run, how many tools they're scattered across, and how much history there is to read. You'll get one fixed number in writing on the call — not a range that creeps once we're inside.
What happens after the seven days?
Nothing automatic. You either continue onto a monthly plan — in which case the sprint fee comes off month one — or you stop, keep the report, and we part on good terms. There's no auto-renewal and no lock-in contract.
Can we sell this to our own clients?
Yes, and several agencies do. We build and maintain a Brand Brain for each of your clients, branded as your service line, and you sell it as new recurring revenue with no new headcount. It's a month-two conversation, once your own brain is proven.
Bring one client account. We'll show you what your agency already forgot.
Thirty minutes. We look at one of your accounts, map where the context lives, and show you the brain answering real questions. If it's not obviously useful, you've lost half an hour and gained a map of your own risk.
